Who writes like this? Well it’s obviously not that of a doctor is it? Or any normal human being for that matter. Perhaps it’s a professional calligrapher or one of those cartoon letters? Nope wrong on all accounts, for these are the jottings of one Lindsay Lohan.
Lindsay Lohan, who’d have thought it. Well I didn’t. Call me judgmental but I would have thought she’d be all loopy (a bit like her personality) with those cute lovehearts above the letter i. Never thought she’d have mastered the ampersand (that’s the curly and sign, right above the 7 on your keyboard). And the writing is so straight, even though it’s written on the diagonal. And all the letters are the same size. Gosh stop me–I’m gushing.
So I just need to come right out and say it. Lindsay Lohan writes better than me. My usual writing is an illegible scrawl that has lots of cross outs because I write slower than I think, which I why I use a computer. My very best handwriting is OK, but nowhere near the high standard that Lindsay has set. Do you think they might be able to use those skills when she goes to jail? I mean surely she could address invitations to the Warden’s Ball or something like that.
But what has thrown me here is my presumption that because poor Lilo is a drunken, drug taking madam, I am therefore intellectually superior to her. Go on, you all think it too (about yourselves–not me). Who here among us does not think we’re smarter than Lindsay? I mean which of us would have skipped driving classes, lost our passport in Cannes and then had the idiotic thought to turn up to court with FU on our middle fingernail. But she writes really well, so does that make her smart?
So what does Lindsay’s handwriting mean. According to handwriting experts Lilo’s handwriting suggests she is careful, meticulous and controlled. Apparently it’s the writing of a “focussed individual with a high degree of perfectionism”. A group of individuals who do write like this are engineers…and serial killers (OK I may have made that last one up).Image
